We have a choice every day of whether we're going to live in alignment with what's in our heart or if we're going to put it off until “tomorrow”. We feel happy and healthy when we are intentionally nourishing our bodies knowing that your body is literally the vehicle of your purpose here on earth and when you neglect yourself - you feel drained, unmotivated, and just plain exhausted.   Because the reality is YOUR LIFE isn't just something to put off. Today is it. This is what you have. What are you going to do with it?   Your days and your minute's matter. You don't have to wait or put off the things that you know you really want to be doing.   You don't have to “start on Monday.” You don't have to “just get through this season”. You don’t have to put it off for one more day. It's not about trying to squeeze self-care into your calendar. And add more things to your to-do list. NO! Healthy living is supposed to ADD to your life, not suck the life out of your life! Make a commitment to yourself to not put the stuff in your heart that matters to you on hold.    Because today is what you've got. And that alone can be the greatest sense of urgency and empowerment that you need to move toward your deepest dreams and desires. We have to be intentional with our days because I HAVE BEEN THERE in those seasons of “Ok I just have to get this done and then I'll have time to eat better and work out” and I realize that that “time” never comes. I need to make time to move my body so that I can feel healthy strong and vibrant for the day. To feel refreshed and filled up. I know that you have things going on in your life too that are crazy and busy. But take a step back and ask yourself, “How can I make taking care of myself, mind, body, and soul, not just a priority on my to-do list but a priority in my heart?” Because those things matter to you. And if something deeply matters to you, you find a way.    Not a way to cross it off your list so you can get it done. But a way to add these life-giving rhythms into your days so that can feel your best and have the energy to live out your purpose that God literally put you on this earth to do.
