Stop guessing,
Start testing.
No more guesswork. No more wasting time, energy, and your life being told you’re fine when your body is asking for help. Get real answers and a personalized path to get well.
We utilize functional testing to get your body back in balance:
-
You can be doing everything “right”—eating well, moving your body, taking supplements—and still feel off.
Low energy. Unpredictable hormones. Symptoms that don’t line up with your effort. That was my story for nearly a decade.
That’s not a motivation problem.
It’s a clarity problem.Enter functional bloodwork.
Bloodwork reveals the conversation your body has been having beneath the surface. When you can see it clearly, the guessing stops—and progress becomes inevitable.
Comprehensive bloodwork shows us exactly what’s happening beneath the surface. Instead of guessing or chasing symptoms, we use the most reliable testing we have to understand how your body is producing energy, using nutrients, regulating blood sugar, and supporting hormone signaling—so we stop guessing and start working with your physiology.
Here’s where most people get stuck.
There are two very different ways labs are interpreted.
Conventional ranges are built from population averages. As stress, fatigue, metabolic strain, and hormone imbalance become more common, those “normal” ranges quietly widen. Many women are told everything looks fine simply because their labs fall inside that average—even when they don’t feel fine at all.
Functional ranges are different.
They are tighter, more intentional, and designed to catch imbalance early—while the body is still adapting and compensating. This approach allows us to spot patterns at the cellular level: where the body is under stress, working harder than it should, or quietly struggling to keep up.
Why this matters:
Your body doesn’t wake up one day “off.”
It adapts. It compensates. It does the best it can with the information and resources it has.You don’t need more effort.
You need answers.Bloodwork turns what’s been confusing into something you can finally understand. When the right testing is interpreted correctly, the why behind your symptoms becomes clear—and forward motion finally starts.
Before bloodwork, the story is there—but it’s concealed. Functional bloodwork opens the window. It reveals what your body has been responding to all along, so support becomes intentional and progress finally makes sense. No fluff. No more circles. Just the story your body is telling, clearly written on paper.
-
You are not just what you eat—you are what you digest and absorb. And absorption depends on the integrity of your digestive system.
When digestion is compromised, the body can’t support the other foundations of health—no matter how clean your diet looks on paper.
This is where the GI-MAP stool test comes in. It shows us what’s happening beneath the surface, including:
• how well you’re breaking down and absorbing food
• pancreatic function (protein, carb, and fat digestion)
• gallbladder function (fat digestion)
• markers of gut inflammation
• immune activity (nearly 80% of the immune system lives in the gut)
• unwanted bacteria, yeast, parasites, or microbial overgrowth
• immune reactions to gluten
• hormone and toxin clearance, including estrogenWhy this matters: cells need nutrients—and they need protection.
Nutrients fuel energy, hormone production, and repair. Without strong digestion, cells simply don’t receive what they need. And when unwanted microbes are present, cells stay stuck in defense mode instead of healing.
The GI-MAP helps us identify both sides of the equation—supply and stress—so we can rebuild cellular health from the root.
In WELL, digestion isn’t just about gut symptoms. It’s the gateway to healthy cells and balanced hormones.
-
Protection is just as important as nourishment.
Even when digestion is strong, the body can’t build healthy cells if it’s constantly responding to hidden stressors. The Pathogen Panel helps us identify whether your immune system is reacting to specific bacteria, viruses, or environmental exposures—even when symptoms are subtle or non-digestive.
This panel gives us insight into:
• immune reactions to common bacteria and viruses
• chronic or lingering immune stress that drains cellular energy
• patterns that may disrupt hormone signaling and recovery
• hidden triggers contributing to fatigue, brain fog, skin concerns, joint pain, or mood changes
• whether your immune system is working efficiently—or staying on high alertWhy this matters: cells need protection to function properly.
When the immune system is consistently activated, cells divert resources away from energy, repair, and hormone balance and into defense. Over time, this makes it harder for the body to rebuild—no matter how supportive nutrition and lifestyle habits are.
The Pathogen Panel helps us understand what your cells are up against, so we can reduce unnecessary immune load and create the conditions for healing.
-
Hormones are signals—not the root cause. In WELL, we always start with blood work first because hormones reflect what’s happening at the cellular and metabolic level.
Once the foundation is clear, the DUTCH hormone test helps us assess estrogen and progesterone balance, and see exactly how your hormones are being metabolized. Used strategically, it confirms patterns we already see in blood chemistry and helps fine-tune hormone support—after the roots are addressed.

After over a decade of hormonal struggle, my health shifted within months once I utilized functional lab testing.

Multiple doctors told me natural conception wasn’t possible due to extremely low progesterone; in 2025, I became pregnant with my rainbow baby after using functional labs to rewrite my cellular story.

At 18 years old, I was diagnosed hypothyroid and put on medication — yet nothing in my life changed. I was still exhausted no matter how much I slept, freezing all the time, shedding hair in the shower, battling brain fog, gaining weight without explanation, and fighting waves of anxiety that made no sense.
At an age where I should’ve been healthy, vibrant, and full of energy, I was barely making it through the day. I ate healthy. I worked out. I did everything “right.” And still… I felt like I was living in survival mode.
The medication didn’t fix the exhaustion — because the thyroid wasn’t the real root.
It wasn’t until I looked deeper that everything finally clicked. Functional labs revealed what had been happening beneath the surface — the hidden stress my thyroid was compensating for long before anyone saw it on a conventional lab.
My thyroid wasn’t failing.
My cells were overwhelmed.Once I understood my cellular story and supported the true root issues, everything began to shift — my energy returned, my mind cleared, my mood steadied, my anxiety lifted, and my metabolism finally came back online.
Healing the root changed everything.
And my thyroid followed. -
For years, I battled chronic Candida symptoms that wouldn’t budge — no matter how sugar-free, gluten-free, or “perfect” my diet was. I lived with constant bloating, gas, fatigue, brain fog, and stubborn white patches on my tongue. Every protocol, cleanse, and diet left me right back where I started.
Nothing changed… until I stopped chasing the symptom and started understanding my terrain.
Functional labs helped me uncover my cellular story — the deeper imbalances that were keeping my body in a stressed, reactive state. Once I supported my cells and corrected the underlying environment, Candida no longer had a hold on my daily life.
You can see the before photo of my tongue here — giving a little warning, it’s pretty graphic.
Now it’s time to rewrite your story.

Cambria spent over a decade battling hormone, gut, thyroid, and fertility issues. Doctors told her her hormones would never balance without lifelong medication. After experiencing a miscarriage, she committed to understanding how God designed the body so she could finally feel confident in how to help balance her hormones. What a decade of searching couldn’t resolve finally shifted in just three months—after apprenticing under Dr. Bryan Walsh and applying functional labs with targeted support, her hormones returned to healthy ranges for the first time in ten years.

We use functional labs rather than standard conventional labs because conventional testing focuses on broad, disease-threshold ranges that often miss early cellular dysfunction. Functional labs look at what’s optimal, helping us identify imbalances before they become diagnoses—so women can support their health proactively, not reactively.
