Full Flourish Path

Our most comprehensive path

For the woman who wants full clarity. This is our highest level of support with a personalized comprehensive protocol.

The story behind Full Flourish

There was a season when nothing in my body made sense. I felt like I was guessing my way through the dark. The Full Flourish Path was born out of that moment — out of my story. For years, I felt like I was piecing together symptoms in the dark — trying but tired, eating “right” but feeling “off,” trying to fix the fruit without ever seeing the roots. Then I miscarried, and I reached my breaking point.

I invested in these tests — this exact functional panel I created and brought together as one path — and everything shifted. For the first time, my cellular story came into focus. Every imbalance had a reason. Every signal had a source. Every next step was suddenly illuminated. It felt like someone turned on the light in a room I’d been stumbling through for years.

That’s what this path is. The moment the guessing ends and clarity begins. The moment your health stops feeling mysterious and starts feeling knowable. The moment the roots are revealed, the barriers named, and the way forward becomes unmistakably clear. This is where real flourishing begins — not because the path is perfect, but because now you can finally see it.

The Full Flourish Path is our highest level of support, designed for the woman who wants full clarity, who wants to understand her body deeply, who’s tired of feeling in the dark and is ready to see the whole picture — every pathway, every imbalance, every piece of her cellular story.

Included testing

Open a test to see what it adds to your review.

  • WELL Baseline Labs

    A clearer starting point.

Bring your blood sugar, iron, thyroid, liver and immune patterns into one review. Cambria considers your results alongside your symptoms and history to help prioritize nutrition and lifestyle support—and identify findings that deserve medical follow-up.

  • Gut Zoomer®

    More context for your digestion.

Explore patterns in your gut microbes, digestion and intestinal inflammatory activity. This stool panel adds another layer to your symptom history, helping shape a more informed conversation about digestive support and appropriate follow-up.

  • Mycotoxin Testing

    Include exposure in the conversation.

This urine panel measures selected compounds produced by molds. Alongside your diet, environment and health history, it adds exposure information to discuss carefully. A result does not by itself diagnose illness or identify an exposure’s source.

  • Food Sensitivity Panel

    A careful conversation about food.

Review food-antibody patterns alongside what you eat and how you feel, with attention to keeping your diet nourishing and varied. This panel does not diagnose food allergy or intolerance, and results should not be used alone to remove foods.

  • Cyrex Array 12

Add context to your immune history.

Explore antibody responses to selected microbial antigens as one part of your wider immune picture. The findings can inform follow-up questions alongside your symptoms and history; an antibody response alone does not establish an active infection.

Testing, not guessing.

Your data, made clear. We go marker by marker through your labs so you understand exactly what is happening inside your body and what to do about it. No guessing, and no more money wasted on supplements or protocols that were never chosen for your body. Just evidence you can trust and a plan that actually makes sense.

Clarity changed my health.

I spent a decade going in circles, knowing something was off and never getting real answers. I was even told I would never be able to get pregnant. Functional labs finally showed me what was actually happening inside my body, and that clarity changed everything: my thyroid, my gut, and my fertility. And today, I'm a mom. That is the clarity I want for you, and it is the heart behind every single review.

Personal, by intention.

I'm Cambria, and I personally read your labs as if they were my own. You will never be a number here, and you will never be handed a generic protocol. I pour my attention into every review and walk you through what your results mean, step by step, so you feel cared for and guided the whole way.

Care without shortcuts.

You deserve the highest standard of care, not the fastest cookie-cutter answer. My advanced training with Dr. Bryan Walsh, a naturopathic doctor and biochemistry educator, means your review is rooted in real biochemistry and physiology, down to the details most people miss. Thorough, precise, and built to get to the root, because doing it right the first time is always the fastest way forward.

A closer look at your labs.

Six detailed guides. Open any panel to see what it includes.

01WELL Baseline Labs

Included in both paths

Your blood carries clues about how your body is working every day. We look at the connections between energy, iron, blood sugar, thyroid signaling, and immune activity to build your starting picture.

01

Blood Sugar & Insulin Regulation

Glucose, insulin, HbA1c, C-peptide + others

These help reveal how your body is handling carbs and regulating blood sugar. Together, they offer context for insulin production and metabolic health, alongside your symptoms and history.

02

Oxygen Delivery & Cellular Capacity

CBC, red blood cells, hemoglobin + others

Clarity on the blood cells that carry oxygen throughout your body — an essential foundation for energy and overall resilience. We look at their number, size, and hemoglobin to understand this part of your cellular story.

03

Liver, Detox & Acid–Base Balance

AST, ALT, GGT, alkaline phosphatase, potassium, albumin + others

Your liver is your chemical processing center. These markers offer clues about liver health, protein status, and mineral balance — connected pieces of the bigger picture of how your body is working.

04

Iron Status & Transport

Iron, ferritin, TIBC + others

We assess the full iron story: storage, transport, and availability. Iron supports oxygen delivery and energy — but only when it’s in the right Goldilocks zone. Ferritin is considered with the other iron markers because inflammation can affect it, too.

05

Inflammation & Cellular Stress

CRP + related markers

Inflammation can affect how you feel and recover. These markers offer clues about inflammatory activity that may deserve a closer look, even when the cause is not immediately clear from symptoms alone.

06

Thyroid Signaling & Hormone Support

TSH, total & free T4, total & free T3, T3 uptake, thyroid antibodies

A fuller thyroid picture — not just TSH — so we can look at thyroid signaling, circulating hormone levels, and antibody patterns together. Your symptoms, medications, and medical history help put the numbers in context.

07

Methylation Support

Homocysteine

A window into a pathway that depends on nutrients such as B12 and folate. This marker adds context to the conversation about nutrient status and can help guide more focused follow-up questions.

08

Immune Function

WBCs, neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes

A look at the cells involved in your immune defenses. We consider white blood cell counts and their relative patterns together, adding context about immune activity and findings that may need medical follow-up.

09

Lipid & Cardiometabolic Health

Total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, VLDL

More than a cholesterol “scorecard”: a conversation about cardiometabolic health. We look at the pattern alongside blood sugar, family history, and other risk factors to understand what may need attention.

Putting results in context

No single marker tells the whole story. These panels provide clinical clues; they do not directly measure cellular energy production, detoxification efficiency, or fertility. Ferritin is part of iron studies; red and white blood cells are part of the CBC.

02Gut Zoomer®

Included in both paths

Your gut is a living ecosystem, where digestion, microbes, and your immune system meet. This panel brings those different layers into one conversation, so your next steps can consider more than one isolated symptom.

01

Microbiome Balance

Beneficial bacteria, opportunistic microbes + related organisms

A look at the balance of your gut ecosystem and the microbial patterns in your sample. We consider beneficial organisms, opportunistic microbes, and the wider community alongside your symptoms and health history.

02

Digestion & Absorption

Digestive enzymes, fat metabolism indicators

Insight into aspects of how you are breaking down food and digesting fats. Results can help guide further questions about digestion and nutrient absorption needed for energy and repair.

03

Inflammation & Immune Activation

Calprotectin, secretory IgA + others

A look at inflammatory activity inside the gut and immune markers within the digestive tract. These different signals help shape the next questions and identify findings that deserve follow-up with your medical team.

04

Gut Barrier & Permeability

Zonulin and related indicators

The integrity of the gut lining is an important part of digestive health. This panel includes indirect markers marketed for barrier assessment. Their meaning needs care: commercial zonulin testing cannot confirm intestinal permeability on its own.

05

Neurochemical & Gut-Brain Signaling

Neurotransmitter-related metabolites

The gut and nervous system are connected through many pathways. The current Gut Zoomer menu includes neurochemical and metabolite patterns as another layer of information, explored alongside your symptoms and the wider digestive picture.

Putting results in context

Gut testing is interpreted with your symptoms and medical history; there is no single ideal microbiome. Commercial zonulin tests cannot independently diagnose “leaky gut,” and peripheral neurochemical measurements do not show brain neurotransmitter levels. Panel contents can vary by version.

Further reading: Gut Zoomer marker guide ↗ · Research on zonulin assay limitations ↗

03Mycotoxin Testing

Included in Full Flourish

When symptoms keep bringing you back to the same questions, your environment deserves a place in the conversation. This panel measures selected mold-produced compounds in urine, adding information about exposure to the wider picture of your health.

01

Aflatoxins

B1, B2, G1, G2, M1

Screens the urine sample for this family of mold-produced compounds. The individual results are considered together, with your diet and exposure history providing important context.

02

Trichothecenes

Deoxynivalenol, T-2 toxin, satratoxins, roridins + others

Measures a further group of mold-produced compounds, including several different members of the trichothecene family. These findings add to the sample’s exposure information and the questions discussed during your review.

03

Other Mycotoxins

Ochratoxin A, gliotoxin, zearalenone, fumonisins, citrinin, enniatin + others

Additional mold byproducts included in the panel broaden the compounds being measured. Looking across the full report keeps the conversation grounded in the complete pattern rather than one isolated number.

04

How the Sample Is Measured

Liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)

The laboratory separates and measures selected compounds using liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry. Results are adjusted for urine concentration using creatinine, helping account for how diluted or concentrated the sample is.

Putting results in context

Urine mycotoxins can be present in healthy people, including from food. Detection is different from diagnosis: urinary levels do not establish illness or its source. CDC does not recommend this testing to assess people in water-damaged buildings, and the laboratory describes the test as not FDA-cleared or approved.

Further reading: Laboratory’s mycotoxin panel guide ↗ · CDC guidance on urinary mycotoxin testing ↗

04Food Sensitivity Panel

Included in Full Flourish

Digestion, skin, and energy can make your relationship with food feel complicated. We look at the panel’s antibody patterns alongside your food and symptom history, with care to protect nourishment and avoid unnecessary restriction.

01

Immune Reactivity

IgG and IgA responses to a wide spectrum of foods

The panel reports IgG and IgA antibody responses to a wide spectrum of foods. We explain what each part of the report measures and consider the findings alongside your food history, with room for your questions at every step.

02

Food & Symptom Pattern Insights

Antibody patterns across food groups, considered alongside your history

Digestive discomfort, skin concerns, and energy fluctuations deserve thoughtful attention. Your food and symptom history helps us explore the wider picture, with care to support nourishment, dietary variety, and any appropriate medical follow-up.

Putting results in context

Food-specific IgG and IgA are not validated standalone tests for food allergy, intolerance, or sensitivity. AAAAI recommends against using IgG testing for these diagnoses; antibodies can reflect exposure or tolerance. Results should not be used alone to restrict foods. Suspected food allergy needs assessment by an allergist.

05Cyrex Array 12

Included in Full Flourish

Your immune system has a history, and antibodies are part of that story. The Pathogen-Associated Immune Reactivity Screen looks at responses to selected microbial antigens, adding context to a careful review of your symptoms and health history.

01

Pathogen Reactivity

IgG responses to selected bacterial, viral, fungal, and other microbial antigens

A look at immune responses to selected infectious triggers. The panel measures IgG reactivity to a range of microbial antigens, adding antibody information to a careful review of your symptoms and health history.

02

Autoimmunity Context

Pathogen-associated immune reactivity

Cyrex designed Array 12 to explore pathogen-associated immune responses in the context of autoimmune concerns. This brings a specific part of the immune picture into the conversation alongside any appropriate physician-led assessment.

03

Broader Immune Patterns

Reactivity patterns across the antigens tested

Brings multiple immune-reactivity findings together for a more informed conversation. We consider the patterns in context, so your review connects the laboratory information with your history and the next questions to explore.

Putting results in context

An antibody response can reflect past exposure and does not establish an active infection or its role in symptoms. Array 12 is a pathogen-associated IgG screen, not a comprehensive tissue-autoantibody panel, a diagnosis of autoimmunity, or a measurement of total immune burden.

06DUTCH® Cycle Mapping

Optional · Full Flourish only · $575

Your hormones change throughout your cycle, and timing is part of the story. This optional dried-urine panel follows estrogen and progesterone patterns across the follicular, ovulatory, and luteal phases, bringing those changes into view.

01

Estrogen Throughout Your Cycle

Estradiol (E2) and estrone (E1), measured across the cycle

A look at how your estrogen pattern changes over time. Multiple measurements bring the follicular, midcycle, and luteal portions of the story together, offering context for a conversation about your cycle and symptoms.

02

Progesterone Patterns

Alpha- and beta-pregnanediol, the measured progesterone metabolites

Progesterone metabolites provide another perspective on the changing hormone picture, particularly in the luteal phase. Seeing the pattern across collection days helps put your results in the context of your own cycle.

03

The Cycle as a Whole

Estrogen and progesterone patterns across multiple first-morning urine samples

This is a series of collections through your cycle, followed according to the kit’s instructions. Together, they create a phase-by-phase view to discuss alongside cycle length, symptoms, medications, and your health history.

Putting results in context

DUTCH Cycle Mapping is available only as an optional, separately billed Full Flourish add-on; it is not one of the five included tests. This standalone panel follows estrogen and progesterone; it does not include androgen or cortisol testing. It does not independently determine fertility or ovulation quality, and the manufacturer says it is not intended for people using hormonal birth control or after menopause.

Ask our team →

What makes your approach different?
We practice evidence-based, physiology-focused care—grounded in research, data, and real clinical application—because knowledge is power.
Why did Cambria start this work?
Cambria spent over a decade battling hormone, gut, thyroid, and fertility issues. Doctors told her her hormones would never balance without lifelong medication. After experiencing a miscarriage, she committed to understanding how God designed the body so she could finally feel confident in how to help balance her hormones. What a decade of searching couldn’t resolve finally shifted in just three months—after apprenticing under Dr. Bryan Walsh and applying functional labs with targeted support, her hormones returned to healthy ranges for the first time in ten years.
Why functional labs?
We use functional lab reviews to look at your results alongside your symptoms and health history. Being within a standard reference range doesn’t always mean you feel well. We look for patterns that can guide nutrition and lifestyle support—so women can support their health proactively, not reactively.

How is my review delivered?

Your review is delivered through two parts: a personalized written protocol and a recorded video walkthrough from Cambria.

The written protocol is a thorough, customized results guide created specifically from your labs and your health concerns. It explains what your results mean in clear, approachable language and outlines your next steps — including nutrition, lifestyle, and foundational supplement support tailored to your body.

Alongside the written protocol, you’ll receive a recorded video where Cambria walks through your results with you, highlighting the most important patterns and explaining how everything connects. This is where your labs are translated into clear understanding so you know exactly what your body has been signaling and what to focus on moving forward.

This format is an intentional choice designed to serve you best. Rather than rushing through a live call or navigating scheduling conflicts, Cambria is able to thoughtfully analyze your results and deliver the most clear and comprehensive guidance possible. Your review is delivered as soon as it is completed, and you’ll have both the video and written protocol as resources you can revisit anytime.

And it doesn’t stop there. For three months after your results are delivered, you’ll receive ongoing messaging support for clarifying questions as you implement your protocol. Our team will also check in with you along the way to offer guidance and accountability — so you’re never alone in the process.

What happens when I join the waitlist?

Because Cambria works with a limited number of clients at a time to keep this experience personal, spots open gradually rather than all at once. When a spot becomes available for you, you'll receive a private email invitation with a link to purchase and choose your path. From there, you'll have a short window to claim your spot before it moves to the next person in line. There's nothing you need to do while you wait except keep an eye on your inbox — we'll reach out as soon as it's your turn.

Is DUTCH included in Full Flourish?
DUTCH® Cycle Mapping is an optional $575 add-on, including testing, interpretation, and current lab fees, available only with Full Flourish and billed separately. It is not included in the Full Flourish price. Explore the DUTCH Cycle Mapping guide above for what it measures.
Is there a live consultation?
Your review is delivered as a recorded video from Cambria plus a written nutrition and lifestyle protocol. This lets you revisit the information in your own time.
Who answers follow-up questions?
You receive three months of messaging support through Cambria’s assistant and team for clarification as you put your protocol into practice.
Is this included with WELL membership?
No. Lab testing and private reviews are separate from the monthly WELL educational membership.
Can I use insurance or my HSA?

At this time, we're unable to accept insurance, and we do not currently accept HSA payments. If using an HSA is something you'd be interested in, we'd love to know — please email support@cambriajoy.com and let us know!

Does it matter where I live?

For most of the country, no! Our labs are drawn through a wide network of partner locations, so wherever you are, there's a good chance a draw site is close by. But feel free to explore your location options here:

  • Quest (WELL Baseline Panel): Find a Quest location
